There are many factors that can cause depression. It is important to note that there is no one cause of depression; there are many factors that can be to blame for the onset of this condition.

One major factor that can contribute to the development of depression is a person’s biology or genetics.

This means that certain people have a genetic predisposition towards developing depression due to what their mother or father experienced at an early age.

Different people have their way of healing from depression. While others feel more comfortable talking to a therapist, others find their way of mingling with different people to heal from depression.

Some others decide to start a recreational activity such as jogging to keep the brain busy with other things. While a handful of others couldn’t bear the pain and unfortunately took their life.

But why do you want to choose to commit suicide when you can run to God. Other people run to God when they are depressed.

He is our Heavenly Father. He said you should come on to him that is in labor and heavy laden, He will give you rest. He is your comfort, shield, courage, and fortress.
